Refund Policy

Billing and refunds are managed on the web version of RoleRocket AI. The iOS app build does not include in-app purchase or billing portal flows.

1. Subscription Cancellations

Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the next renewal date. When you cancel, your plan remains active through the end of the current paid billing period and will not renew again.

2. Subscription Refunds

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly so we can review the payment.

3. Lifetime Purchases

Lifetime memberships are one-time, non-recurring purchases. They are generally non-refundable after purchase, except where required by law or when we confirm a duplicate charge or a verified billing error.

4. Cases We Review Manually

Refund requests are handled manually through our billing support process. We will review requests involving:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Accidental multiple purchases on the same account
  • Verified technical billing errors
  • Refund situations required under applicable law

5. How To Request a Review

Use our contact form. Include the email on your account, the date of the charge, and any payment receipt or invoice details so we can resolve it faster.

6. Review Timing

We aim to review billing messages within 3 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times can vary, but most refunded payments appear within 5 to 10 business days.
